Nnamdi Azikiwe University, also known as UNIZIK or NAU, is a globally Acknowledged Nigerian university. UNIZIK is a federal government-owned university located in Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria. Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka was established in 1991. Nnamdi Azikiwe University has four campuses and two (2) of the four campuses are located in Awka the state capital. UNIZIK’s main campus is located in Awka, while the other campus is located in Nnewi. Other campuses include Agulu in Aniocha local government area and Ifite-Ogwuari in Ayamelum local government area in Anambra State. UNIZIK Cut-Off Marks for all Courses
This is to inform the general public that the management of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University has released the cut-off marks for the 2021/2022 academic session. Therefore, candidates who participated and also made UNIZIK their first choice of institution in the just-concluded Universal Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and have met the required JAMB cut-off mark of 160 are eligible to apply. However, Nnamdi Azikiwe University requires a higher cut-off mark for some courses.

Note: Candidates who did not score up the minimum cut-off mark for their department should change to another course that suits their UTME score.
Faculties / Courses With A Cut-Off Mark Of 200:
- BIOSCIENCES: Applied Biochemistry, Applied Microbiology.
- HEALTH SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY: Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Rehabilitation, Nursing Science, Radiography.

- HEALTH SCIENCE&TECHNOLOGY: Environmental Health Science.

- AGRICULTURE, ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCES

UNIZIK Departmental Cut-off Mark
Note: UNIZIK Departmental cut-off mark comes out after the institution’s POST-UTME screening. The departmental cut-off mark is usually an aggregate of a candidate’s POST-UTME, O’Level, and UTME score.
UNIZIK Post-UTME Cut-Off Marks.
Post UTME cutoff marks are 50% for courses whose JAMB cutoff is 200, 45% for 180, and 40% for 160.
How to Calculate UNIZIK’s POST-UTME Aggregate Score.
Assuming you scored 85 in the UNIZIK’s POST-UTME with a JAMB score of 280
- First: Multiply your Post-Utme score by 4
(85×4 = 340) - Next: Add the Product with your JAMB score
(280 + 340 = 620) - Then: Divide the sum by 2 to get your Average
(620/2 = 310) - Your Aggregate/Average Score = 310.
