Pan-Atlantic University courses are fully accredited and recognized by the National University Commission (NUC), a body regulating all the tertiary institutions (Universities) in Nigeria.

Pan-Atlantic University Courses

Pan-Atlantic University was first established as the Lagos Business School (LBS) in 1991 until its approval by the Nigerian federal government as the Pan-African University in 2002, making it one of the top 10 oldest private universities in Nigeria. The university was established with the aim to train professionals who will uphold the highest intellectual, ethical and professional values that promote creativity, critical knowledge, technical preferences, social responsibility and the spirit of the enterprise.

Pan-Atlantic University Admission Requirements

  • Applicants must acquire a minimum score of 210 or above from the 2021 JAMB exam.
  • Applicants must acquire at least 5 credits (English and Mathematics inclusive) in their O’level result. O’level results can be either WASSCE, NECO, GCE or NABTEB results.
  • Apply through sims.pau.edu.ng
  • A candidate must be at least 16 years within the month that the session begins (for now, academic sessions in Pan-Atlantic University begin in October)

UTME Requirements:

UTME Requirements:

  • The required UTME subjects are English language, Mathematics, Economics, Financial Accounting/Commerce or any other Arts or Social Science subject.”

Mass Communication

UTME Requirements: English Language and any three subjects from Arts, Social Science.

Information Science and Media Studies

UTME Requirements: English Language and any three subjects from Sciences, Arts, or Social Science (Mathematics is an added advantage)

UTME Requirements: English, Mathematics, Physics, and one of Biology, Chemistry, Geography or Economics.

Electrical & Electronics Engineering

UTME Requirements: English, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry

Mechanical Engineering

UTME Requirements: English, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry

If you have found your desired course, you can enrol in the Bachelor’s degree programs for the course either through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), by Direct Entry, or through the Pre-degree Programme.
Basically, the purpose of the entry requirement is to ensure that those admitted have the necessary preparedness to scale through the program. There is a compulsory screening test for all eligible candidates.
