Note that English Language is Compulsory for all courses in UTME.
The UTME requirements include;
Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics.
Five (5) WASSC credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and any one from Introduction to Agricultural Science, Materials and Workshop Process and Machining, Tractor Layout Power Unit Under Carriage and Auto Electricity; Transmission System; Implement and Machine; Principles of Crop Husbandry and Land Use, Materials and Workshop Processes; Construction and Maintenance of Agricultural Machines; general Metal Work; General Wood Work and Building/Engineering Drawing.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS (WASSC)
ILORIN requires ‘O’ level credit pass in Biology as the fifth subject.
Candidates with ‘O’ level credit passes in Further Mathematics and Technical Drawing have added advantage.
Direct Entry Requirements
‘A’ level passes or equivalent in Physics and Mathematics.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS (DIRECT ENTRY)
(i) ILORIN accepts;
a) first degree from Physical Sciences at Second Class Lower Division.
b) HND upper credit or distinction in relevant Engineering programmes
from recognized Polytechnic or College of Technology after NYSC may
be considered for upgrading to 300 Level.
c) first degree in Engineering programmes may be admitted into 300 Level of any other Engineering programme.
