- Geography and one of Economics, Physics, Chemistry
WAEC Requirements for Urban and Regional Planning:
Interested applicants must acquire a minimum of at least five (5) WASSCE credit passes to include;

- Geography, and any two of Physics, Chemistry, Economics, Government, Biology,
Art, History, IRK/CRK, Social Studies, and Tech Drawing.
Direct Entry Requirements for Urban and Regional Planning:
Interested applicants must acquire at least;
- Two A’ Level passes in Geography and Mathematics.
- ND/HND (upper Credit) in Town Planning or related discipline plus UTME requirements are accepted.

You can enroll in the Bachelor’s degree programs for this course either through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), by Direct Entry, or through the Pre-degree Programme.
